m152 Exiting Mix Options causes Crash

I am relaying this from a tech I have been on the phone with so I don't have all information.

HW: xServe PPC 2GHz Quad Core, 8Gb DDR, Radeon 7300, Sata HD.

SW: OSX 10.4.8, Catalyst m152, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop, Arkaos, and ATI Video drivers.

Catalyst was configured for wide screen on both outputs.
In the HUD, the edge blending was set, position was set, keystoning was set. When the user went to X out of the Mix Options, Catalyst crashed.

This error repeated 6 times. The final solution was to Q out of the Hud and not use the X to close the Mix Options.

I do not have a bug report at the moment but will send one as soon as I get the computer back.

I have informed the user about driver conflicts and believe that additional software and video drivers might be the culprit but nevertheless the error was repeatable.
