2 things - 4.05_m45UB_HD

I was told to start using the bug tracker. This is fine too. Doesn't matter.

V4.05_m45UB_HD, at start-up of Catalyst, the output windows do not maintain settings. Settings like resolution and output do not appear until clicked or until you enter fullscreen mode and back to control mode.
This happens on Quad 10.4.6, Dual 2.7 with 10.4.6, 10.3.9, and 10.3.3. (?weird but 10.3.3 works?)

I know this was touched on 4.02, but should we see the files scan when we load the library on 4.05? It's clean to have this the way it is, with the "scan files..." button turning red, but will customers think it isn't scanning correctly?
