BTW, you guys are working on a Universal Binary already ? I saw somewhere is a program what "translate" the lines from one to other...
I know is not that easy, if was all softwares will be Universal Binary from night to day... just curious if Apple gives that help to developers.

BTW, 10.4.4 and Cat 3.31h18 are running fine, i am using with the same reliability than 3.3g21. And may be is my impression, but 10.4.4 looks and Catalyst looks just a bit more powerfull than 10.3.

Like running 4 videos just a bit smooth than on 10.3

another thing, Cat uses any of the new CORE IMage Funcionalities?

intel stuff is all about subtle byte ordering issues called endians.

it will take longer for the hardware manufacturers to fix their drivers.

another architecture change is a nightmare for computing platforms.
it just doubles the number of things that need to have QA done.

that is of course the design goal - but with so many systems out there it is difficult to guarantee smooth sailing.

i dont want there to be any perceivable difference.
