FAST or SLOW disk ???

I am setting up a CAT system with 4 La Cie FIREWIRE 800 HD's in a RAID 0 scheme, what is better on the Catalyst software, choose the option to SLOW IDE or FAST SCSI disk.

fast - hopefully not necessary with latest version of software.

this was only necessary for an opengl glitch that occured with slower g4 machines.
