first of all..hello to everybody i'm new here. i'm also new in using the catalyst and i got a question concerning sound. what do i need to do to get the sound of a movie out of the catalyst so i can just send it over my soundcard to an amp or whatever...?

any help here would be cool

Firstly, you need to assign a DMX channel to control audio level for the particular layer you want to hear. This is done in the Catalyst control window where you set DMX addresses for the layers.

Secondly, you have to select the play audio option in the playmode channel. I am not sure of the actual value for this but if you use the latest HOG library it should come up under that parameter.
