Thumbnails on hog 4

I can't seem to get thumbnails from my Mac Pro server on my Hog 4 however when connected to my macbook pro i can get them straight away is there something I'm missing in catalyst or in the mac pro settings that is preventing this from working?

Yes ip is correct, I have 2 servers that i have tested 1 works and the other doesn't

I've never used thumbnails on the hog 4, but I think it uses the cat web server.
Check that the web server in cat is enabled and that the correct IP address is appearing at the top of the control window and in the web server.

Ensure you have the latest Hog4 OS
Ensure your hog and catalyst are in the same artnet IP address range (ie 2.0.0.x, 255.0.0.0) - you may need to change this in the console or DP fixture-net settings.
Load the content in to catalyst and ensure that you can see it.
Perform a full scan files.

On the Hog, go to patch window.
select the relevant catalyst layers (ie 1 thru 12 enter)
Click on 'Patch Media' (3rd button top row)
type in the catalyst IP address (ie 2.0.0.x) Port = 8080 and click ok
in the patch window you will see the IP address in the IP Address column
click refresh media (9th button top row) - this can take a little time is you have a lot of media files.
Open the Media picker
Select a catalyst layer in the programmer and you should see the thumbnails appear…

If you have any issues, check the 'metrics' window for errors.
