Hello everyone, was hoping for a little bit of help. I have a tour coming up with 50 High End Shape Shifters and I was hoping to put them in PixelMad. Now, I have made profiles in the past for fixtures but they were always linear, never had to do one for a circular fixture. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Or, I bet a BB7 profile would work and I would just have to give it the correct DMX assignments. Heres the fixture I am talking about…..

Thanks for any help.

BB7 would be the fixture start with, as it has the same layout of the pixels.
Then like you said only adjust the patch correct.

Or if you look at it as a grid of 5 width and 3 height:

. X . X .
X . X . X
. X . X .

Hi Matt
Here's a link to the bb7 manual if you look at page 10 this will give you an idea of channel usage

Hope this helps

Seems a bit more difficult when looking at the DMX chart.
As each of the cells has a dimmer and function and the 6 outer ones also x and y pos.
And these channels ar in between the RGB channels...
So the BB7 wont help that much

if you get one setup in catalyst then export the pixel assignments, duplicate in excel and then re-inport. Either way you need to merge this data in so just skip the channels you can't control in catalyst such as the intensity channels and you will then be able to control those via your console.
