Best video card for Catalyst

Hi, I am considering to buy a new MacPro for Catalyst. Whitch video card do you recomend? The one that comes with Mac Pro (Ati Radeon 5870) or to purchase a diferent one on the market.

Quadro 4000 (mac edition)
or better:
EVGA GTX680 (mac edition) - only works with 10.8.3 onwards
