delay in hotkeys

Hi all,

I have system mounted in a museum which has show controlled by catalyst. The show is triggered manually at the moment. Now we would like to trigger the show by an Ir bridge and hotkeys. The irbridge is interrupted and the relay triggers a hotkey (via a HID interface) This all works very well, but every time the Irbridge is interrupted the show restarts, which is not the idea. The show has to come to an end and only after that the show might restart (20min). Is there a way to to put a delay time somewhere in the cue-list or a script?

Any ideas?

I think you need to put a 20min lockout on your IR beam before it triggers catalyst.

You could probably write and apple script to do this - and get the IR beam to trigger the script - then the script triggers catalyst

OR - we have a custom triggering solution that can be programmed to work directly with your IR beam and catalyst
