Hi,
Does anybody has experience/can recommend a live capture card with thunderbolt? I am looking at bmagic and matrix. Thanks!

Some other users have been looking at this with some success using an active silicon LFG4 card and a Sonnet external Thunderbolt chassis - but there are some drive tweaks to do to make it work.
Not seen results with other cards yet - all depends if drivers support thunderbolt.

Proceed very cautiously and test lots...

We are using the Blackmagic UltraStudio 3D in combination with a MacBook PRO retina. And it is working without any problems.

hello,
are you able to use in and out of hdmi or sdi?
in combination with catalyst.

i´m looking for a solution to play back to a sdi-out,
as on blackmagic homepage this tool can capture and playback.

regards,
Roman

Catalyst cant output with these devices...
To have SDI you need a converter from DVI to SDI
