SMPTE setings

Greetings,
now I'm working on production which is SMPTE sync based.
I want to aks how work IN point and OUT point in SMPTE playback mode(I know it some offset, but how it exactly works??).
And how exactly works SMPTE offset in clip library? I want to change it about 1 frame, but smaller step was possible about 5 frames (number 1 in last section of TC table changed offset about 5 frames) ?

inframe is offset forwards
outframe is offset backwards
value is in frames...

Regarding SMPTE in Library HUD (for use with playode 'autoload SMPTE offset')
There is a BUG in m364... which means that the frame value is incorrect
it was fixes in m377, then broken again in m406

Please PESTER Richard to fix it - its VERY ANNOYING!!!

(although, one workaround is to quit catalyst and edit the XML file that contains the timecode values to what you need, then re-start catalyst)

it wasn't big complication :), I was only litle bit confused how it works.
Where is possible download version 377 or 406 ? Smpte fix would be good.

A fix for this would be great... I agree
