In initial testing it seems to work - but don't upgrade unless you have to.

Not had alot of time to test performance yet nor all functionality.

The 64-bit Quicktime gives some more performance...
But only intitial testings done so far

The new MBP can run Catalyst quite well on dual 1920x1080 with a TB SSD.

Catalyst and Mountain Lion run great on all of my 2009, 2010, 2011 Mac Minis and 2009, 2010 mac pros and all of my unibody MBPs.

The caveat is that Phoenix drivers for Catalyst don't

on a semi related front... does anyone know if the ATI gpu driver issues causing poor gpu performance in Snow Leopard were fixed in Lion or Mountain Lion??

The new MBP can run Catalyst quite well on dual 1920x1080 with a TB SSD.

Internal SSD works fine too.

Hm....and what about nvidia cards (gtx560 for example :) ) in lion or mountain lion? Any tests?

I checked succesfully on the last 4 Catalyst released with GTX480
using LION 10.7.4 or more.
Is Working 64 bit perfectly with DECKLINK EXTREME 3D,LFG4 and PHOENIX.

last 2 Catalyst release work with LION o.s. 10.7.4 -64 bit + GTX480
with 6 SDI Video input simoultanuosly,i must use
2 x Phoenix PE1 +
1 x Phoenix PE4

All Catalyst was released with

O.S. Lion 10.7.4 Primary Boot Bay 1 OCZ VERTEX 2
O.S Lion 10.4.7 Secondary Boot Bay 2 and STORAGE 1 Tbyte Driver
2 x OCZ VERTEX 2 Bay 3+ Bay 4 RAID Striped give 530/490 mb/s
for Library.
