Flickering on alpha files

Hello all

I'm having an issue here with files with alpha flickering. It's intermittent, and unrepeatable (apart from crashing through the whole show's cues).

The content flashes to black on the mix, but the pre-fade layer preview it is flashing to a full white image. I've taken a video, which is linked below. Support PDF is attached.

Anyone else had an issue similar to this?

Turn off chronosync background stuff

That's what usually causes that
