Could anyone possibly offer any pointers or suggest documentation on using colour fx 140 + 141 in catalyst 4.4 ?
I'm trying to create a complex mask with a luma image but I'm not having any luck getting the settings right for the key.
Many thanks
Rich

Use the fx designer.
there are more than 2 keyers in the fx designer
ABC keyed matte
a triple layer keyer for doing ABC switched mattes
AB composite
Luma stencil keyer etc
this fx uses the B layer scale zoom and xy pos parameters to move matte around

Fantastic, thanks for your reply. I'll get this tested before my next show. For this one I've ended up rendering premultiplied alpha as QT Animation which is quite heavy on the processing.

animation codec isnt heavy processing but it can be a very big data rate
and its a slow codec
