Hi
It is possible to have with triple head a resolution of 3840x720 or any resolution 16:9 in each output
Thanks
yes - it is possibe to achieve 3 x 1280x720 (16:9) on each output of a TH2G.
HOWEVER - it depends upon the graphics card as to whether it will.
I've managed this in a 2010 MacPro with an ATI X4870 card, connecting via the DVI-D port.
If the TH2G does not show this resolution in the MacOS - download the Matrox GMX Control Panel from the Matrox website - and you can program the device as required.
Let me know if you need further info

Hi Simon
I have installed the latest drives TH2G, but the catalyst does not have the resolution available
You can see the attached image
Thanks

If the resolution is not listed, drag the mix window out to be the size required
Nev.
What does the Matrox GMX Control Panel list as available resolutions?
What does the OS system preferences panel say for the output resolution connected to the TH2G?
Does it say 3840x720 or something else?
It is possible that your graphics card may not support 3x 1280x720 resolution...
If it does - and all above is correct, then:
In catalyst:
for 3 x 1280x720 you will have to set each mix window manually to 1280x720 then manually position them on screen next to each other:
eg:
mix 1: pos 0,0
mix 2: pos 1280,0
mix 3: pos 2560,0
see picture attached
The list is a quick 'setup' for common mix window sizes - but not a 'definitive' list - other resolutions are available manually
Call me if you need some assistance

I have achieved this resolution reliably several times with a late 2008 machine with 8800gt.

I have also made this work on 2007 machines with x1900s.
Make sure you are using a TH2G Digital and also make sure you are using a Dual Link DVI cable to connect to the video card output and not a VGA.
Make sure it's a Dual Link and not a single Link. Also make sure it's not a DVI-I but a DVI-D cable. Something terrible that's not listed anywhere on the Matrox website is that if you accidentally use a single link DVI cable, your TH2G won't work right or if you use a DVI-I cable, the TH2G will default to VGA in instead of DVI in.
3 x 1280x720 or other 16:9 only work on the DVI connection, not a VGA.
