Hi All

I have found a nice solution for mounting 2.5" SSD drives in a Mac PRO without mucking about with adapters made from bits of bent metal. I know there are several solutions that come with a 2.5" SSD, but this unit is sold without drives. It doesn't require tools and will work with any Apple 3.5" SATA drive caddy

They are available from retailers like www.scan.co.uk for around £12 as well as other worldwide resellers.

include the drive tray adaptor on the same piece of metal.

Install any 2.5? SATA Solid State or Hard Disk Drive in Mac Pro using Pro Sled 2. Pro Sled 2 offers flexibility in choosing type of drive [Solid State or 7200RPM Hard Disk Drive]. Pro Sled 2 is a must have accessory in any high volume production setup

nice to see OCZ are now producing 3.5" versions of the Vertex range for similar pricing. Does away with drive caddys and bent metal completely!
