Hi helpful people

Question - if I am trying to split one image over three projectors, can I check what the mix offset setting should be? Is it as follows, if from left to right it was arranged for example Mix 1 - Mix 2 - Mix 3

Mix 1 - X Offset -2
Mix 2 - X Offset 0
Mix 3 - X Offset 2

Clarification much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Yes

Mix 1 - LHS - minus figure
Mix 2 - CTR - zero
Mix 3 - RHS - plus figure

Value of figure will change depending upon the amount of overlap between projectors if blending.
This can also be applied across multiple servers to achieve the same result

If you want to experiment, try opening the library panel in the HUD. Switch to the presets window. Then click in the layer field and select edit preset. This will launch the preset window where you can scroll down to select the mix number you want to edit. Grab the parameter for offset and drag it with your mouse. You will get real time feedback that you can view to adjust and test your offsets. You can do the same with the edge blending feature as well. Once you have the adjustments the way you want them, save the preset and then you can use this as your default for the new configuration.
