In SAMSC you could specify an X or Y variable by putting x or y into a custom serial string.
I see the x and y columns in the cuelist for a serial command, but can't seem to click to edit them.
Ideas?

Are you referring to the ability to edit the X and Y variable of a layer or mix?

Editing the X and Y variable.
In SAMSC I had a serial string where X specified the Macro Number I wanted to trigger via MSC.

yes - im not sure where this went- i think its for the cue list.
i think i removed it for catalyst - because it was a little complex.

i took them out because my catalyst users never did anything that complex -

It would be helpful. I would use them to trigger a bunch of macros on a Virt - I have in the past, had more than the 12 strings that are available in the serial setup.
