It's possible on 165 .

Patch a Mix Shape at the desired channel.

If you use Hog3 software download the lasted software release, there you will find the appropriate Fixture.

If you don't use Hog3 software you can easily build your own.

Ah you said Keystone .... :)

that would be a lots of channels too many .

I wish the user could record different preset on the server and then recall it from DMX

This may not be the answer you're looking for but if you really want bezier curves or additional mix control, the best way to do this is to capture settings in the Catalyst Preset List and then use DMX triggers for the presets. Of course still use DMX to control the Layers but this way you use less DMX channels but still have live control over different mix states.
