Hi guys,

Would there be a problem in mixing the 2. Meaning for example using 2 cat5 send/recieve devieces and 1 VGA with TH2G from the 1ste x1900 output and another VGA from the 2nd x1900 output?

Thanks!

It sounds like it should work just fine. The THTG doesn't really care all that much what you are doing with the VGA once it is sent....so using a regular VGA cable or Cat5 boxes or combination thereof will work OK.

Hope this helps:)

I quite regularly mix strait VGA runs and Magenta CAT5 VGA Senders on the same THTG, no real problems, you just need to make sure you setup your skew and eq settings on your magenta receiver properly or you will get washed out blacks and miss-timed colours.

Cheers

Make sure your transmitters do good alias emulation or else you'll be scratching your head if it doesn't recognize multiple devices on the TH2G. I've had this problem on some of the cheaper Thinklogical boxes.
