9600 vs. 9800

I have a High End G5 system with a ATi Radeon 9800 graphics card in it.
Will I see any performance improvement by changing my ATI 9800 graphics card with 128mb ram to a ATI 9600 with 256mb ram?

I'm looking at the manufacturer's website and I don't see a 256mb option, everything is 128mb

these cards are so old.

the specs so obscure. and unclear - even at the time.

it certainly wont be better.

the only card that was better was the x800.
