Hello Richard,
Can you refresh my memory on what percentage of an overlap I need to use for two projectors that have a 4:3 aspect ratio to do a side by side blended widescreen?
Thanks,
Scott Riley

the biggest possible.
that makes blending easier.
what is your widescreen aspect ratio?

Richard is of course correct.:)
I generally use 20% when blending.

I have decided to go with a 25% overlap for this project. I am projecting onto a 40' by 18' cyc. With the 4:3 aspect ratio projectors, this actually give me a little over a foot on each projector beyond the projected space and 25% overlap. I am hoping this will work out well, especially since I will not end up with the 10k projectors that I specified...
Thanks for the input.
Best wishes,

Oh WOW! Scott, I hope you're in a dark venue. That's a massive screen for anything smaller than 10k.
