I am familiar with the performance tests that Richard has submitted recently for Mac Pros using the Mtron SSD and x1900.
I am also very familiar with the Matrox TripleHead2Go and DualHead2Go devices as I use the on Catalyst machines frequently.
What I would like to know now from anyone is if users have still been able to run the same 14 layers of DV NTSC or the same 7 Layers of 1080p Apple Intermediate Code with no frame loss or sync issues while still using the TH2G or DH2G.
Basically I am interested in every one's feedback on performance with the Matrox devices.
I am curious about results with a 2.66 Quad Core as well as a 3Gb 8-Core.
