Scsi or Sata ?

I always trust what as been delivered with catalyst , so I sould follow to chose Scsi HD , but by reading around the net seams that sATA are better .

Question is , are two raptor in Raid 0 better then any single scsi ?

you problably answer that scsi are better .

But why ?

seek time ?

Pls consider that I'm interested to mount the sata into a Mac pro . scsi will require a special config .
