midi timecode

hello,

I try to work with midi timecode... what are the exact settings in catalyst v4 and motu express xt?

Catalyst:
I use the Midi show control input trigger (source: m-audio midispot, id=1, cuelist=hog3) and drag the play-button from the midi machine control into the cuelist...
In the cuelist-window I choose as clock midi timecode 1.


Motu:
I choose the first midi-output, connect it via usb with the mac. as preset I choose sync 25 fps...

where is the mistake or which option do I forget?


Moreover I want to use the midi-timecode generator in the hogiPC to control the catalyst - which are the necesessary options?

motu does not work with Catalyst / pixel mad or Samcs .

Nothing to do with Richard , it just don't work becasue of the way they manage the SMPTE input .

Once again i suggest to throw it in the garbage , I've spend 3 days to make it work and it didn't

buy a 29 euro USB / midi adapter , trust me do it and forget motu xt .
